HASAY: Week 1

I know it’s not really week 1 of HASAY, but it is for me. I think the rest of ya’ll are on week 11 or something. I guess I’m just a little slow. Or maybe I’m just fashionably late for the party.

I’m officially back on the Weight Watchers wagon today. I’ve been off it for about 8 weeks and it’s past time to get back on. I had my fun over the weekend, so now it’s time to get serious!

My goals for this week:

  • Journal every day (including days I don’t do so well)
  • Go to gym Mon, Wed, and Fri
  • Drink no more than 2 Diet Cokes per day (this plays into my resolutions too…how coincidental!)
  • Weight change this week: 0 (‘cuz I’m just starting!)

    2. I think going down to 2 sodas a day is a good start. I used to drink at least 8 cans of Pepsi a day (I KNOW, TERRIBLE!). Then I quit cold turkey and got the worst caffeine headaches. Now I’m back to diet but I try to have no more than one a day, I quit cold turkey on New Year’s but that didn’t work for my head. Good luck this week, you’ll do great!

    5. You might be on week one and I’m on week 11 – but we’re about even with the weight loss so it’s not like you’re even behind. That’s Bee Logic, ya know. Directly related to math logic.

      I’m holding you to the gym thing. I still can’t believe that you get paid time during the work day to work out.

    8. Nah your not slow, just smarter than the rest of us – to wait until after the holidays to give up sweets and all the not-so-great-but-yummy foods.
